Blackthorn Dice is a handcrafted resin dice shop. The operator’s legal details and official contact address are kept up to date on the workshop’s official materials. For any question, use the Contact page or the email address provided by the workshop.

Handcrafted products

Each die, set or box is presented with its main characteristics: type, collection, price, stock, rarity, photos and descriptions. Resin creations may show slight variations in color, inclusions, sanding or inking. These normal variations do not make the product non-compliant when the item matches its description.

Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected country and the free-shipping threshold configured by the workshop. Promo codes and HP conversions are applied to the cart according to the rules active at the time of order.

Order

The order is validated after the cart has been checked, customer details entered, shipping country selected and final confirmation completed. An email may be sent when the mail service is configured. In case of an obvious price, stock or address error, the workshop may pause preparation and contact the customer.

Payment

When online payment is enabled, card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Blackthorn Dice. If payment is in prepared mode, no bank card is requested on the website and the workshop contacts the customer to complete payment.

Shipping

Carriers, rates and free-shipping thresholds are configurable by country in the admin area. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the address. For deliveries outside mainland France, taxes, customs duties or import fees may be applied by the authorities or carriers of the destination country.

Withdrawal and returns

For eligible distance purchases, consumer customers generally have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days. Personalized products, items made according to specific choices or damaged returns may be subject to legal exceptions. Practical details are described on the Returns page.

Legal warranties

The customer benefits from applicable legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects when their conditions are met. In case of an issue, contact the workshop with the order number, a clear description and photos if needed.

Reviews, comments and guestbook

Product reviews, article comments and testimonials require approval before publication. The workshop may reject content that is abusive, fraudulent, off-topic, promotional or infringes third-party rights.

Liability

Blackthorn Dice uses reasonable means to maintain a reliable, clear and secure shop. The workshop cannot be held liable for misuse of the website, interruptions outside its control or information incorrectly provided by the customer.

Personal data

Personal data is used to manage accounts, orders, deliveries, messages, transactional emails, reviews and legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and on the Security & GDPR page.

Applicable law and mediation

These terms are written for a shop operated from France and governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. In case of dispute, contact the workshop first to seek an amicable solution. Consumer mediation information is provided with the workshop’s legal details.
